For locations more than 50 miles from New Orleans, there is an additional travel charge of 50 cents per mile. Please note that prices can fluctuate due to various factors and the time of the year. Yes, Santa Mac is fully insured and bonded through Markel Insurance Company for up to $1,000,000, ensuring peace of mind and professional service for all your events.

What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 2 weeks in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within a week of the scheduled event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations within one week of the scheduled event will be charged the full amount. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
